Become an Employer Partner

If you're wanting to make the biggest impact on the lives of others, becoming an employer partner is the way to do it. You commit to taking on an MCRI apprentice — and potentially hiring them full-time.

This means coming to Victoria Falls, meeting students in person, and investing real trust in a young Zimbabwean professional. Our employer partners tell us that within weeks, their MCRI apprentice is contributing meaningfully to their team.

Donate Software, Hardware, or Training

If you're interested in supporting the program but unable to commit to taking an apprentice, donating software licenses, hardware, or training access makes a direct difference in what we can teach.

Our program is Apple-first. We also work extensively with Sphero, GitHub, and Slack. If your organisation has surplus licenses, devices, or access to donate, we want to hear from you.

Support the Program Financially

The MCRI runs completely on generous donations. In Zimbabwe, families must pay for the equivalent of Junior and Senior year of high school. A donation of $600–$1,000 covers a young girl's school fees for an entire year.

You can also donate directly to the MCRI to support student housing, equipment, and instruction.

Thank you so much for your support.

Every contribution — whether time, expertise, software, or funding — directly changes the trajectory of a student's life in Zimbabwe.
